Constructed from 300GSM card, each party hat measures H16cm x 11cm DIA, each with an L35cm elasticated string attached so the hat can be secured and prevent falling off. Each hat is printed with a fun party design in a rainbow of colours.

Each pack comes with 12 individual hats.
